Methionine-charged DNA after binding
The mRNA binds to the large subgroup complex of ribosomes.
The methionine-charged mRNA is now located at site B of the ribosome, and site A is aligned with the secondary mRNA.

These components of codon – mRNA, two ribosomal grants,
and matronin-charged dRNA-matches exactly
of a protein group called the starting factor.

The peptide is said to have a transfer function. Thus, the N terminal of methionine (an amino acid in the B base) is formed
fresh protein. The second amino acid binds to methionine, but binds to the dRNA at its carboxyl
