- The applicant must be an international student or a Canadian home student.
To qualify for this scholarship, you must register full time at the Université de Montréal University
IELTS and TOEFL are currently cancelled by the university due to the status of COVID-19 you can take the Du lingo English test to install and proof of English language proficiency
